@drewbo this should get you the vector tiles in the format we discussed. Running into issue with Sentinel data where results look like

Opened sat-utils/sentinel2-metadata#2 to track this issue.

Don't know the write-token to test this locally so I'm going to merge this to test (travis knows the token); can revert later
